Nice process for specific stacking. Good dimensional tolerances.

Wrapping process use prepreg fabrics (80% 0° fiber and 20% 90° fiber)
Fabrics is cut after thawing in function of the template piece. After that fabrics are rolled around a mandrel. The machinery realize the compaction of fabrics.
We have different diameter 8 mm of 80 mm (tol +/- 0.05 mm internal diameter and tom +/- 0.1 mm external diameter. To finish, we spool thermoplastic yarn with pressure for ensure a god regularity of the tube.
